Hi, I’m navms—a backend engineer in Hangzhou.

By day I move between Java and Go, chasing clean APIs and systems that hold. By night I read a little literature—not for ornament, but to let sentences slow down. This site is Organic: source notes and occasional insights left on a page that feels like paper grain.

Outside work I usually do three things:

• Read (literature, fantasy, and technical books)
• Cycle (commutes and weekends alike)
• Lift (not fiercely, but steadily)

I listen to a lot of rock and skip most festivals—headphones and a studio recording usually keep more of the texture.
